In line with the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, Daniel Adeyileka (pictured above) is the youngest pilot in Nigeria.

He was born in 1995 in Newcastle, England and had his primary and secondary education in Scotland then came back once again to Nigeria to accomplish his A-levels. At 17, he proceeded to Delta Flight school in Texas, USA, where he obtained his Private Pilot License (PPL) and his International General Certificate of Secondary Education. He's currently a First Officer.

NDLEA Nabs graduate, recovers 2.185kg drugs (Photos)

Victor Ifeanacho (pictured above) who is a graduate of Business Administration and an indigene of Enugu state was arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos with 2.185kg of illegal substance, methamphetamine.

The suspect was arrested as he attempted to board an Ethiopian Airlines flight en route to Malaysia.  

After he was arrested, Victor who resides in the Badagry area of Lagos, said years of unemployment pushed him into the illegal business of drug trafficking. He said he was promised $3,500 if he was able to smuggle the substance to Malaysia successfully, where he would have been executed if caught

"We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife. Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for." the couple told People magazine.

A 27-year-old undergraduate of Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State, Chijioke Ezebuiro, was paraded yesterday July 22nd by the Abia State Police Command for allegedly killing his 87-year-old father, Dr. Emmanuel Ezebuiro. This sad event comes barely three weeks after 21 year old Tolani Ajayi killed his 60 year old father inside the Redeemed Christian Church of God campground.

While parading Chijioke before newsmen, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Geoffrey Ogbonna said Chijioke is the chief suspect in his father's death because he was the only one around when the deceased was brutally murdered on June 30th at his home in Umuoriehi, Isingwu in Umuahia North LGA of Abia state.

SHOCKING: Farmer Arrested For Killing Wife In Ogun

The Ogun State Police Command yesterday, said it'd arrested a 47-year-old farmer, Gbenga Ogunfolabo, for stabbing his wife, Bosede Ogunfolabo, 45, to death with broken bottle during a fisticuff.  The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Muyiwa Adejobi, disclosed this in a statement. Adejobi said law enforcement detectives mounted on Ishara division of the command arrested the suspect on Monday, July 21 at Ishara in Remo North Local Government Area their state couple of days after he committed the crime.

Based on the PPRO, the incident occurred July 16 but no body reported the case to law enforcement since the families concerned wanted to sweep the murder beneath the carpet consequently of the stress on the deceased's family by the household of the suspect but one of many relations of the deceased (names withheld) chose to report the situation to law enforcement for thorough investigation.

Some weeks ago, I had a very interesting discussion with a Nigerian lady who just immigrated to the United States. Sitting in their plushy living room decked with resplendent African Arts, her husband and I talked about Nigeria’s affairs while she graciously prepared mouth-watery bitter leaf soup and pounded yam. Intermittently, she would passionately interject into the conversation expressing her opinions about Nigeria.
Out of the blues, she yelled “why would they allow people to know?” shaking her head rather pathetically. A Celebrity Entertainment TV show had just announced that a renowned American star might be pregnant. “Evil people go spoil that piking for her belle now”, she said.

Kidnappers Dressed As Mad People Break into Onireke High School Ibadan

School activities were paralysed on Monday at Onireke Girls High School in Ibadan oyo state when suspected kidnappers dressed as insane people invaded the school premises.

The kidnappers numbering about 5 had been terrorising students and staff of the school in the last few weeks.

They were sighted on Monday by a food vendor and some students inside a bush behind one of the blocks of classrooms within the school.
