It was the period I just started comedy. I think it was in 2001 or 2002. I was to anchor an event. My belt and my shoes weren’t the same colour. Back then, it wasn’t suit that I used to wear, I used to wear coat then. Before the event, somebody was taking me through the programme of events and two ladies just came and asked the person, “is this the MC you could get?’  They had a very disgusting look on their faces as if I was a nobody. I was so embarrassed. I wanted the ground to open so I could fall in.

 Even before the event started, I had ‘died’. I was so embarrassed. I was just recovering from poverty then. Would you blame me? Is it not what you have that you will wear? Now, I am sure those two ladies would regret ‘yabbing’ me. They can’t match my dressing now. After all, I have met seven presidents since then. I thank God now.

A man, who officially has the longest tongue in the world, received some cheerful news recently.
The man with the world’s longest tongue, measuring at 3.8 inches long, is happy that he gets to keep the record.

The tongue of Stephen Taylor, who lives in the United Kingdom, has grown 0.2 inches from the last time it was measured for the record books in 2009. It is also expected to continue growing.
His extra long tongue has made him famous worldwide, and he once shared a 10-second kiss with actress Brigitte Nielsen in front of a live television audience in Italy.

Naked thief runs into woman’s house to hide from police (Pictured)

A burglar was busted after he ran into a woman’s house naked in order to hide from police, according to police reports in Florida.  North Lauderdale Police said that a man was caught with his pants down after he ran naked into a nearby house following a robbery attempt.

Police were called to the 1100 block of Hamptons Boulevard in North Lauderdale, after a witness saw two men coming out of a house with a 50-inch TV, according to an arrest report.

Days after an Islamic group staged a protest against the organizers of the 2013 Miss World pageant, demanding that the pageant should not be held in Jakarta as it runs against their culture, the pageant organizers have been forced to move the final of the pageant to Bali - where they said today that it would be 'impossible' to stage the finale there, because of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, where world leaders and thousands of officials are expected to attend.
