1. Apples
Apples are high in acid, are surprisingly hard on your enamel. While a daily apple may keep the doctor away, the acid might keep your dentist on speed dial. Eating apples is fine, just be sure to rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash shortly after.

1 day a lion wanted a wonderful relaxing nap in the shade and found a tree to climb. However, the scaredy cat climbed a tad too high and needed the help of his older brother to get down. Both pictured lions, named Echo and Etosha, are the residents of Zimbabwe's Antelope Park. In accordance with a photo agency which provided the photos, that one was not a stereotypical lion fight, it is truly a more extreme exemplory instance of a cat getting stuck in a tree...

The Facebook names of some Nigerian scammers have been exposed on a US blog, and the boys ain't even know it. Lol. US security blog Krebsonsecurity.com, published links to the real Facebook profiles of Nigerians allegedly involved in 'Yahoo' business....and if you check their profiles, the guys are balling, pictures taken with jewelries, exotic cars etc...from Nigeria to Turkey to Malaysia! But the funniest part of all this is that these boys don't even know that their names have been exposed. See the report from Krebs on Security below...
A crude but effective online service that lets users deploy keystroke logging malware and then view the stolen data remotely was hacked recently. The information leaked from that service has revealed a network of several thousand Nigerian email scammers and offers a fascinating glimpse into an entire underground economy that is seldom explored.
The site was so poorly locked down that it also exposed the keylog records that customers kept on the service. Logs were indexed and archived each month, and most customers used the service to keep tabs on multiple computers in several countries. A closer look at the logs revealed that a huge number of the users appear to be Nigerian 419 scammers using computers with Internet addresses in Nigeria.It's a pretty long write up, so read it after the cut. "My experience in the hands of abductors" - Human rights lawyer, Mike Ozekhome recounts
Ozekhome, who had grown a beard, said he was driven on a rough road for about four hours to a jungle far removed from civilisation blindfolded, after he was captured close to Benin City about 3pm on August 23, 2013.
According to Ozekhome, the abductors took him to an uncompleted building in the bush while a colony of mosquitos descended and fed on him and other hostages like barbeque in the camp.
According to him, from the moment of his abduction on August 23, he and 12 other victims were blindfolded by the gang in the camp. Continue after the break.
