Unemployed graduates in Nigeria to receive ₦19k monthly allowance?

That's just what a committee at the on-going National Conference is suggesting...for all unemployed graduates in Nigeria to earn a regular allowance comparable to the allowance of members of the National Youth Service Corps, which is N19,800. Punch reports that the conference's Committee on Law, Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Reform made the recommendation but it can only fall through if it's accepted by the Federal Government.  A person in the committee said the recommendation was one of the ways the committee members felt that crime might be reduced in the country. He told Punch;

"The recommendation is our own way of finding solutions to the rising wave of crime in the country and to also force the government to do the needful for the increasing number of unemployed graduates in the country. We have done our part and it is left for the delegates to either reject or accept it at plenary.”

 Late last night Jay Z and Beyonce dropped a star studded, big budget short film based on their up coming 'On the Run Tour'. The 3.45mins trailer titled 'Run'with a release date of 'coming never' stars Jay Z, Beyonce, Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Guillermo Díaz, Emmy Rossum, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Rashida Jones, and Kidada Jones. Their tour kicks of June 25 in Miami...and tickets are some of the most expensive of any pop concert in recent years costing over $300 on average. The front row seats alone is $5000.

Limpopo master, KCee: Why I denied being married –

Earlier in the week, Limpopo singer, KCee received some knocks from fans for denying being married in a current interview. The singer through his manager, Soso, said he neither denied nor accepted he was married in the interview. He claimed he was joking together with his interviewer - Toolz - once the question was asked because he likes keeping his marital life private.

He said, “He does not want to keep his family life in the public glare. That is why he joked about it. Marriage is a good thing and it is good to keep it private.”

His manager refused to comment on KCee’s actual marital status.
