A relative of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Mrs Kikelomo Anubi (pictured above) who's 64 years of age, happens to be expecting her 1st child after being married for 28years.

Mrs Anubi, whose Ghanaian husband just returned home after leaving her for 6 years, spoke to City People magazine about becoming an expectant mother at this kind of senior years

"I am pregnant and permit me to tell you that by next year when I have my baby I will be 65. I have been married for 28 years. It may amaze you that I got pregnant in a natural way. I didn't do IVF. I have done IVF before at a popular hospital on the island and it failed. In fact, an uncle of mine who is a top shot paid for it. I almost lost my life but God intervened". she said. Continue...

The divorce mess between Pastors Chris and Anita Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy Church has worsened, P.M News reports.
On Sunday, two days after it was reported that Anita Oyakhilome had filed for divorce, Christ Embassy deleted her pictures and personal information from its official website, www.christembassy.org.
Many describe the action as the beginning of a process to shut her out of the church, after she accused her husband of “adultery” and “unreasonable behaviours” in a divorce suit filed in London last April but only made public on Friday.

Enugu State Governor's Wife Clara Chime Begs for Forgiveness

Wife of Enugu State gov­ernor, Mrs. Clara Chime, who, last year, quit the Governor’s Lodge, where she lived with Governor Sul­livan Chime after she alleged she was forcefully confined in the Gov­ernment House, has apologised for her actions.

Chime, at the heat of his rift with his wife, had disclosed that she had health challenges and needed his protection. Meanwhile, Clara had replied by saying she was healthy but needed to move out of the Government House.

Mrs. Chime, who had left the state since then, suddenly wrote to Enugu women, apologising and
begging them to forgive her for all she did during that period. In the letter, she personally released to Daily Sun, Mrs. Chime also told Enugu women that Chime is still her husband and the same good man she told them about when she was around. She, therefore, urged the women to sup­port her husband in any political move he may have in mind.

Footballer Emmanuel Emenike in ₦30m land dispute with Enugu state Govt

Nigerian star striker Emmanuel Emenike is currently at war with the Enugu State Government over 13 plots of land worth N30 million which he bought to build a sports academy in Enugu according to a report from AfricanFootball.

According to the report, soldiers have invaded the property in Enugu and have prevented any work on it, a development that hasn't gone down well with the footballer. Emenike said he bought the 13 plots of land after the World Cup in Brazil through a special assistant to the Enugu State Governor, Frank Ugwunweze, who handed all documents concerning the land in Emenike's name to the striker.

"I worked hard to make my money, I know what I pass through on the pitch before I earn my living and it will be unfair if what am hearing about my land in Enugu State was true.'' The striker said.

 In an interview with City People mag this week, Shade Okoya, the billionaire wife of business mogul, Chief Rasaq Okoya, said she doesn't fix artificial nails because she cooks on her 74 year old husband everyday. Asked whether she still makes his meals, she said

"Yes! And that is everyday. I must enter the kitchen everyday. I make sure he is well taken care of. My husband likes varieties so I don't just cook one food. He takes them in bit. This is one of the reasons you will never see me with artificial nails. I have never done that" Shade revealed
