Always watched over by personal assistants and security guards every second of every day. But Kim Kardashian fell victim to a clumsy bodyguard as she shot scenes for Keeping Up With The Kardashians in Studio City, California, on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old star, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, was seen wincing in pain after her bodyguard accidentally stepped on her foot outside her mother Kris Jenner's management offices.
