Rumors swirled in 2009 that Beckham had undergone surgery to take her bre-asts from a 34DD down to a 34B, but in recent shots of the svelte star it appears she may have gone down yet another size.
The former Spice Girl, who has four children with soccer stud David Beckham, was reported to have had her first bre-ast enhancement in 1999 after the birth of her first son, Brooklyn.

Lately, the now fashion designing star looks an awful lot like she did in the ‘90s when she was best known as Posh Spice.
"When I was on stage with the Spice Girls, I thought people were there to see the other four and not me. And when I go out with David and people take pictures I think, 'They're here to take David's picture," Beckham recently revealed to ELLE UK Magazine about some of her personal insecurities
