However, it would seem either one too many glasses of champagne or her towering skyscraper heels became her literal downfall, with the platinum-haired beauty suffering a wardrobe malfunction of epic proportions as she left the prestigious bash.
Emerging from the venue, Helen looked the picture of grace and elegance as she held on to her man's hand tenderly.
But within seconds, her spiked heel became stuck in a cobble, causing her to tumble dramatically to the ground in a blink and you'll miss it moment.
And things were set to go from bad to worse when a burly security guard intervened in the situation.
Although he was attempting to offer a helping hand, he inadvertantly grabbed the material of Helen's jumpsuit and accidentally exposed her right b-réast.
As the model visibly cringed at the understandably mortifying situation, all cheeky Pharrell could do was look on and giggle at his fiance's misfortune.
And Helen's embarrassment was no doubt exacerbated by the fact that the whole incident was played out in full view of the assembled photographers.
