Just an upgrade on the Aluu 4 unfortunate incident. The 12 men accused of killing four students of the University of Port Harcourt in Omuokiri Aluu community on Friday October 5th 2012 appeared in a high court in Rivers State on Thursday August 15th. Their lawyers asked for bail as though murder in the initial degree is just a bailable offense. The judge fixed October 19th for bail hearing. We're watching.
