Road Named After Manchester United's Alex Ferguson

Sir Alex retired at the conclusion of last season after 26 years in control that saw him become the  most successful British manager of all-time. To honour him, former Waters Reach, a road that runs alongside United's stadium has been renamed Six Alex Ferguson Way. He also bags the freedom of the borough. That's a traditional honour giving to someone to recognise their status in just a town or city.  Big congrats to him.
