"Dating Empress Njamah Affected My Life Adversely" - Timaya

"Great or poor" singer, Timaya has disclosed that his connection with Nollywood actress, Empress Njamah had an adverse effect on his life. You'll recall that the couple separated in 2009 really nasty way. Media went round that Timaya was presumably beaten to pulp at a church in Lagos when he tried to free his anger on the actress. Hear him:“You shouldn't date somebody who presently has a bad record. In my situation, it influenced me at that time. I feel a connection should really be between two people and perhaps not exposed to the rest the world.  Only an intelligent man has the capacity to keep his connection private.”

Nevertheless, Empress has maintained that there can never  a reunion between her and Timaya saying categorically that the person is her past. She does not even miss him one bit!
