Hawaii's governor closed a legislation
on Wednesday to increase relationship rights to same-$ex couples in a
state extended popular as a marriage and vacation location and
considered as a pioneer in advancing the cause of homosexual matrimony. Hawaii becomes the 15th US state to legalize relationship for homosexual and lesbian couples. The
measure, which will take effect on Dec. 2, received final acceptance
from the Democratic-controlled state legislature on Thursday, only 15
days after the start of a unique period called by Governor Neil
Abercrombie, a first-term Democrat and former congressman, to think
about the bill.
