Few days after Kanye W. staged his intricate proposal to Kim K at San Francisco's AT&T Park before family and friends on her 33rd birthday, video of the big event appeared online. Kim & Kanye are actually suing the person who released the video.
In accordance
with reports, Kim and Kanye have registered a trademark lawsuit
against the co-founder of Youtube, Chad Hurley, declaring he crashed their celebration uninvited and taped footage of the
proposal after signing a deal promising not to after he was
allowed to remain and watch the proposal. They are seeking unspecified
