The War between Brymo and former label Chocolate City has taken a new twist

Recently the case was brought before Justice Bubba at the Federal High Court Ikoyi Lagos on the 11th of November 2013 and from the initial proceedings it looks like they're set for the extended haul. On the specified time for trial, BrymO and his counsel didn't arrive for the judge hearing whilst the plaintiff Chocolate City who have been represented by Ms. C. O. Madubuko from L and A Appropriate Consultants were in court.

According to insiders in the BrymO camp, they have been suggested by their appropriate group on perhaps not arriving at judge till they have been basically offered the judge papers. From all clues this is not planning to finish quickly. The counsel for Chocolate City also didn't arrive at judge with the required files making the presiding Judge to adjourn the case till the fifth of December 2013.

Some individuals in the BrymO corner experience this is a ploy to allow the case drag and delay the launch of BrymO's significantly anticipated third studio energy Retailers, Dealers and Slaves. Neither BrymO nor his management have decided to discuss the matter as during the time of writing this report.
