The legal battle between Chocolate City Entertainment and its estranged artiste Ashimi Olawale Ibrahim aka Brymo is not even close to over while the case was on December 5, 2013 adjourned till January 14, 2014. The case that has been said to be heard at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos was suspended because the presiding judge Justice Bubba was absent.
Our correspondent who had been there at the court gathered that neither Brymo nor his counsel were available for the hearing. Choc City's counsel, C.O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants was however present.
This could be the second time that the case will be adjourned after an earlier November 11, 2013 adjournment.
Chocolate City's is suing Brymo for alleged contract infringement.
