Video: U.S Police Officer Turns African American Woman to a Punching bag while drivers watch.
Punched on the side of the freeway. A #CHP officer strikes a woman repeatedly as horrified drivers look on. One of those drivers recorded the entire ordeal and gave his video to Eyewitness News. So were the officer's actions a justified use of force? Or was it police brutality?
