Ebola: Spain treats first case of Ebola; Spanish priest & nun test positive

The Ebola virus has spread to Europe. A Spanish priest contaminated with the virus in Liberia found its way to Madrid for treatment today. 75 year old Miguel Pajares (pictured above) have been working as a missionary in Liberia when he tested positive for Ebola at the San Jose de Monrovia Hospital in Monrovia. A medically-equipped military jet was provided for Liberia yesterday to repatriate Pajares.  A Spanish nun named Paciencia Melgar in Equatorial Guinea has additionally tested positive to Ebola and may also be repatriated to Spain. The priest and the nun belonged to a Catholic humanitarian group that runs hospitals all over the world, and have been helping to deal with patients contaminated with the virus when they  were infected.
