Chris Brown is likely to be spending his 25th birthday in jail following a judge denied him bail again on Thurs. May 1st at a reading in L.A. Superior Court.
After seven weeks in jail, the Loyal singer was hoping to be out over time for his birthday that will be May 5th, but he'll have to invest at the least another week in jail as his next hearing won't be until May 9.

They're doing whatever they can to  to break him. Now feeling really sorry for him. Chris Brown will be in jail until June after his D.C assault trial was delayed for months. His lawyer sent applications for bail yesterday but a judge in L.A turned him down.

Someone has leaked Chris Brown's mugshot from his arrest in Washington D.C back in October 2013 after he and his bodyguard assaulted a man, fan who attempted to photo-bomb Chris while he was going for a picture with two women. The victim's nose was broken in the attack.

His bodyguard, Chris Hornsby, who was also arrested, is likely to take responsibility for punching the fan during his trial which is be set to begin today April 17th.

And most of us thought Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran were over and done! Yesterday Chris called Karrueche from jail and sent an email to his fans, thanking them due to their support and let them learn about his new video

In the message recorded on Karrueche's Instagram page, Chris said, 

"Just calling all my fans letting y’all know I love yall. Thank y’all for all the support. Thank you for everything. The new video just came out so I hope y’all enjoy that & most importantly Kae, Karrueche - I love you. So thank you.”

Chris Brown Jailed After Being Thrown Out of Rehab Again

Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge’s order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly 4 month … TMZ has learned.

The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month.  BUT … at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.

Chris Brown has been diagnosed as bi-polar, experiencing post traumatic stress disorder and self-medicating inappropriately. This is revealed during his last court appearance.

He appeared in court yesterday for a probation hearing and a letter from his rehab facility gave the singer high marks for improvement but suggested he stay static in treatment. 

The letter, obtained by E! News, reads in part, 

"Mr. Brown will also require close supervision by his treating physician in order to ensure his bipolar mental health condition remains stable. It is not uncommon for patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar II to use substances to self-medicate their biomedical mood swings and trauma triggers."

"Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD."

Chris was ordered to remain in treatment for two more months. His next hearing is set for April 23.

 Chris Brown showed up in court recently with his'sweet 'chick, Karrueche Tran, who supported him as he faced a judge regarding his arrest  for battery in Washington, D.C. The artist eliminated jail time at a hearing.

The prosecutor wanted Chris in jail, telling the judge, "He continues to pose an increasingly violent danger to society. Defendant Brown's violent behavior continues to increase in severity & frequency."
