On an appearance on Jay Leno many months back, Miley Cyrus advised Justin Bieber, who seemed to run into trouble every time he leaves his house, to a buy a house with a night club. "you have a lot of money…buy a house with a night club.” Miley said. Well, Justin has taken that advice. He's left his rented Beverly Hills condo and moved into a sprawling Hollywood hills mansion with its own night club...and now he can party his heart out with his friends without getting into trouble.

The 37 year old actor has been filmed taking a swing at singer Justin Bieber, 20, early this morning Wednesday July 30th in Ibizi while out with friends.

According to TMZ, who obtained the video of the altercation, Justin and Orlando were in popular Cipriani Restaurant which was parked with other celebs including Diddy and Paris Hilton, when the confrontation happened.

Justin Bieber to be formally charged in LA over egg-throwing

Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, who has been in trouble with the law in recent months, is to be formally charged with vandalism in Los Angeles Wednesday over an egg-throwing attack.

The teen idol was not expected to appear at the hearing, in a city court at 1:30 pm (2030 GMT), said a statement from the LA prosecutor’s office.

  “Singer Justin Bieber will be charged today with one count of misdemeanor vandalism for allegedly throwing eggs at a neighbor’s Calabasas home,” it said, naming a pricey suburb of Los Angeles where a number of celebrities live.

Justin Bieber has cut his final ties with the city of Los Angeles as TMZ learned he has sold the lace piece of property he owns in the region leaving him wide open for a lasting move to the ATL.

As TMZ first reported, Bieber sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian for a cool $7.2 million … making a little over a million on the sale.
But according to our sources, Bieber also owned the 1.7-acre plot of land nearby … until now. We're told Bieber just sold that for $2.775 million (he purchased for $2.35 mil in 2012) and the offer closes in 30 days.

Justin Bieber will face some very angry neighbours if he decides to move to an affluent Atlanta-area community.

As word spreads that the legally-challenged pop star may be shopping for mansions in Buckhead, its community group staged a protest last Monday.

“Justin Bieber’s relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community,” the Buckhead Neighbourhood Coalition wrote on Facebook.

Canadian singer Justin Bieber's days of breezing in and out of the U.S. are over after he was added on US Homeland Security watch list for his two ongoing criminal cases. This means he will be searched indefinitely by U.S Customs every time he enters the states, TMZ reports.

When Justin flew into a New Jersey airport from Canada last Friday ... U.S. Customs searched his plane and then grilled him for hours, before letting him leave. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Custom's flagged Bieber because he's on a Homeland Security watch list

We're told Bieber is subject to the exact same treatment every time he leaves and then re-enters the U.S. -- a thorough search and then exhaustive questioning.

Justin Bieber is not only out of control ... he's hard-core stupid.  He knew last week -- before he took off for New Jersey -- his plane would get searched by U.S. Customs yet he and his friends still hotboxed on the private jet.

TMZ has confirmed .... the pilot radioed in the air Justin and his gang were smoking weed on the plane and the flight attendant couldn't get them to stop.  The pilot complained the smoke in the cabin was thick.  NBC News says the pilot actually had to don a gas mask because it was so bad.

Bieber was busted in Miami Beach and it didn't end with DUI ... he was also busted for resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.  Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they believe Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.
