ASABA —  A member of the 10-man kidnap gang who earlier this month abducted the 82-year-old Prof, Kamene Okonjo, mother of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, yesterday, confessed his involvement in the abduction and narrated how he fed the retired professor of sociology with groundnut, water and bread in the kidnappers’ den.

The 10-man kidnap gang, which abducted Prof Kamene Okonjo, mother of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has been torn apart as a result of sharing the ransom collected for the release of the Queen of Ogwashi-Uku kingdom in Delta State.

The new leader of the gang reportedly bolted away with N1million share of another member of the gang. The affected member, 32 –year-old Andrew, aka Olokpa, from Edo state, who was desperately in need of  money, decided to go on a reprisal mission by forming a new kidnap gang and was caught by the police.

"I have not seen the father of my child in a while. I live here (Nigeria) and he lives abroad (UK), though we talk on the phone often. I come from a very strict family so my parents were a little disappointed when I got pregnant because they were hoping I would get married first but you would have to agree with me that it's not everybody that has to get married before having a child. The pizza delivery boy accused of raping a woman who was sleeping next to her child claims his victim was “hórny,” according to a confession filed for his indictment.  Cesar Lucas, the 16-year-old charged with creeping into the woman’s unlocked W. 61st St. apartment and attacking her, also told police that the victim was drunk.  Lucas told police that after he made his delivery on Sept. 29, he went slinking around the high-rise building checking doorknobs, as police said he had months earlier when he was busted for burglary in the building.

If one time was not bad enough he did it a second time, according to reports. A man has fled his home in Pote Village, Mashonaland Central Province in Zimbabwe, after allegedly impregnating his mother a second time, according to the British news media.

The mother also fled the village. Simon Matsvara and his mother Ethel Vhangare decided to leave the village after church members learned of the alleged pregnancy.

Just four years ago, the two were reportedly fined by the village elders when Vhangare suffered a miscarriage after getting pregnant from her son. The village chief, Chinamhora, said that the community was outraged by the allegations and has organized a team to find Matsvara and Vhangare.
