When abundant protest from students of the Lagos State University over hike in school fees, Loagos Governor, Babatunde Fashola has approved a discount in their faculty fees by 34% and 60% across the various faculties and courses.
Announcing the reduction at a conference yesterday in Alausa Ikeja, the Special consultant to the Governor on Education, Fatai Olukoga said when abundant deliberations by the adhoc committee started by the Governor to look into all the gray areas of the planned new fees, the Governor yesterday adopted the committees recommendations and approved the reductions.
