 The 5th edition of the Encomium Black and White Ball took place yesterday, and stars like Rukky Sanda, Ebube Nwagbo and Ruth Kadiri were in attendance. The dress I prefer best is Rukky Sanda's. Its an alternative look and I prefer how it was designed.
