Federal High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State, on Saturday sentenced a
former Chairman of Davi local Government Region, Mr. Enesi Jimoh, to 6
months in prison without a choice of fine. Justice I. Elizabeth Ekwo
convicted the politician after finding him guilty of transforming ₦7m
belonging to the council to personal use while in office.
