NLC Condemns NYSC ₦4,000 Charge On Prospective Corps Members
The Nigerian Labour congress, NLC, has condemned the National Youth Service Commission, NYSC, for compelling corps members to pay N4, 000 online registration fees.
Recall that Mr Anthony Ani, the NYSC’s Director for Corps Mobilisation, had said that a N4,000 online registration fee will be paid by fresh graduates before they get their call up letters.

Dearest OOB, please advice. A particular girl my husband had s3xual relations with kept texting him “hey boo”, “hey hun”, requesting skype dates and such…and he used to reply her. When I then found out, I obviously said it wasn't acceptable and for some time he stopped. Until she sent him an email recently saying she missed him so much and etc and so forth. So, I sent the babe an email saying it wasn't acceptable and she needed seriously to chill. She responded saying he was like her brother (they lived together for some time and were in a s3xual relationship) and I was coming at “my sister-in-law”..lol. Now the craziest thing is this..she told my husband that I texted her and my husband's response if you ask me was: “why have you been going about texting my friends, how will you stoop so low..you are this ode.To say I was dumbfounded is likely to be an understatement. Police arrest 2 dogs for attacking siblings in Lagos
The police also arrested the owner of the dogs for allowing them to have uncontrolled freedom.
Our correspondent gathered that the dogs and their owner, identified simply as Jegede, were arrested by policemen from the Igando Police Station.
It was learnt that the three victims bitten by the rampaging dogs were children of Jegede’s tenant identified as Mr. Abraham Odia.
The incident occurred in the house both parties were staying at Adegboyega Street, Akesan, Igando, Lagos.

During festive periods (or close to festive periods), parishes are usually planted. I was transferred in this programme (not up to 3 years now) and the pastor of this supposed new parish, lobbied my transfer to his parish (ignoring whether it was comfortable to me or NOT). Initially, my GOD warned me about following this man in his vehicle (cos I think that's where the boldness of the lobby of my transfer came), but when the transfer came, my mind told me to obey, which I did (little did I know that I am going to another school of life.
