Lawlessness has constantly being the order of the day in areas around Nigeria, an eye witness reported that he young man you see above was allegedly shot in the chest at 10:52 this morning around Ilupeju Byepass in Ilupeju by policemen from the Ilupeju Police Station who were chasing him and trying to seize his Okada.
