The man was identified as Timothy Paez, 22, and witnesses say he urinated on a woman after she rejected his advances on Saturday night. According to press reports, the woman said she was at Shooters Grill and Bar when Paez approached her around 23:45. The woman said Paez put his arm around her and she said "eh, really" then she told Paez take off his arm.
A few minutes later, she felt liquid hitting her leg. She told police at first she thought he was pouring beer, but when she turned around she saw Paez urinating on her leg.

According to the news media, Paez was escorted out of the bar by staff. They contacted a police officer who was nearby and the officer said Paez was visibly intoxicated. The officer went on to say that the majority of Paez’s responses were unintelligible.
The officer said Paez admitted to urinating on someone, but did not say who. According to the report Paez even thought he was urinating on another man, but retracted that statement.
Paez was arrested and remanded. He now remains in the Boulder County Jail and no bond has been set yet.
