A New York police officer was busted for sleeping with a 16-year-old girl. Peter Ciollo, 29, was caught red-handed, when his wife walked into their house and found him in bed with the teenager.
Ciollo of Staten Island, New York, allegedly gave the teen alcohol before going to bed with her, authorities said. Ciollo was off duty, when he allegedly targeted the 16-year-old victim during the weekend of July 4th.
Ciollo allegedly partied with two 16-year-olds before engaging in “multiple sexual acts” with the victim at his house, which lasted until 2:00 am, Staten Island prosecutor Victoria Levin said.

The veteran NYPD officer blamed the 16-year-old victim for the incident. “She came to me,” he allegedly told authorities. “She told me she was 17,” he claimed.
Ciollo was arrested on seven misdemeanor charges, including attempted rape and sexual abuse. He was released after paying $1,500 bail. Seems like the wife is willing to forgive her cheating husband as she showed up in court to support her husband.
“Peter denies the allegations, maintains his innocence and looks forward to his day in court to get rid of these charges,” defense attorney Richard Barrett said.
