Question Of The Day: Is Togo still under French colony? ( Last Time I checked, we re in the 21st century)



Why Africans can not buy land and house in Togo unless you have French nationality?...Is Togo still under French colony?  In Africa only Africans are illegal aliens, the people are asked for documents but white people travel around freely.
