Once again, nothing wey person no go hear. Hehe. In accordance with MediaTakeOut, there exists a new  trend in South Africa, where women use "Practical Andy" - which can be like washing treatment with bleach (meant for washing homes) - on the skin. As time passes the washing treatment eats out at the skin, and allows an appearance of a "lighter" complexion. Is that actually happening in SA?
