Former bank handling director, Cecilia Ibru is back on the social scene. Mrs Ibru was spotted at the wedding ceremony of the daughter of
Mike Amuka Pemu, the publisher of Vanguard Newspaper on the 9th of
November 2013, at Yaba Baptist Church, in Yaba, Lagos. She used a
fantastic lace, brown headgear and a dark eye glasses. Those who were
also present at the ceremony includes, the Lagos State Governor,
Babtunde Raji Fashola, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, Alhaji Aliko Dangote,
Anyim Pius Anyim, ex-governors and a lot of different outstanding
dignitaries.
