Russian business tycoon Roman Abramovich’s Girlfriend Under Fire For Sitting On A Black Girl On MLK Day

Dasha Zhukova, the girlfriend of Russian business tycoon Roman Abramovich, has come under fire for a fashion editorial which was unveiled on Martin Luther King’s Day.  MLK Day is a  federal American holiday set aside to celebrate the legend. It was yesterday Monday 20th January 2014.

In the photo for the online magazine – Buro 24/7, Dasha who is also the editor-in-chief of Garage Magazine, is seen sitting on a half unclad black woman. The image was also posted on Instagram, but later deleted and posted again with the image of the black woman cropped out.

Continue after the break.

Although a white version of the chair is also available, a lot of people on Twitter erupted with allegations that it was racist act and derogatory that it was posted on Martin Luther King’s Day.
