Ebute Metta Residents protest blackout, promise not to pay for march bills

Residents of Ebute Metta part of Lagos today staged a peaceful protest within their area to register their displeasure at the services supplied by the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) in their area. The residents also vowed that they'd not pay the March bill of PHCN since they'd no power through the entire month of march.
