Just received this video in a mail from a reader. The reader said:
"Share it online friends please! Is time to put a stop to all of this barbaric inhuman and uncivilized treatment from these types of Police men ! The location where that happened was in Carson, California and it happened today ! Just recently, I am going to tell all of my Friend about this because there's no reason for this. These Men have no right to wear the uniform much less the badge. Police brutality has to stop"
