According to the girl’s mother, her daughter was taped to a tree and then tied up with a garden hose by another girl before being approached by the other male students. Despite the victim’s cries for help, eight boys pulled down their pants and rubbed their genitalia on her, while another girl was laughing and filming the act on a mobile cellphone.
Later pictures of the incident were posted online, further adding to the high school student’s humiliation. The girl did not tell anyone about the incident, she became stressed and depressed and only due to her mother’s attempts to uncover the truth the crime came to light three years later.
Since the perpetrators were reported to police this year the girl’s Instagram account had been hacked into and the family home and car had been defaced. The girl has since left the high school and the incident is now thoroughly investigated by the police and the Education Department as well.
