This lady is attending one of the Christian Universities (Higher secondary school) where dressing indecently is not allowed but she decided to go against the rules by stepping out in this hot dress in broad daylight, just to dare the school management.
Other students couldn't help but follow her around in the premises, taking pictures of her.. What a world!
