Actress Funke Akindele's 1 year marriage to Kehinde Oloyede stops

Unfortunately this is not rumour, it's fact. A little over a year after tying the knot with Kehinde Oloyede, Funke Akindele's marriage has ended. Kehinde Oloyede shared the news of their split on his Facebook page (which he has since deleted). He wrote:

"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me nd ma wife Mrs olufunke akindele,we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences.we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends.

"Am doing just fine, gettn along without u,don't need u anymore in ma life.u d greatest mistake av made in recent time.

Funke Akindele spoted on a set of a new movie where she plays a village girl.Yesterday she shared photos with her Instagram friends, including images from a scene where she climbs a palm tree to tap from it. The movie is titled, ‘Village Champion’ and stars a host of other actors.

Here’s Ayo Ola-Muhammed, a journalist, publicist and elder sister of Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele-Oloyede.

She currently manages the actress and a media company, Neecee Entertainment along with her husband and three others.  A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Ayo (as she’s fondly called by friends and family) worked with City People and Fame weekly magazines as journalist and TV, radio and film critic, before moving on to set up her own business

She has also worked  with Ad agency, STB-McCann and was one time the Public Relation Officer of  Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). She is married to Ola Muhammed, writer with Global Excellence magazine and publisher of Islanders Magazine.

Nollywood star actress, Funke Akindele-Oloyede couldn't control her emotions as she cried copiously when the stage was set to pay tributes to fallen stars in Nollywood and entertainment industry as a whole.

The actress wept as the pictures of the late entertainers scrolled on the big screen at the Muson centre, venue of the stage play, The Bar, by Steve Onu, popularly known as Yaw.

We have managed to get a picture of amazing Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele's sister.

She is older than Funke Akindele and she is also her publicist/manager, so any deal and contract she gets goes through Funke's older sister first. We are guessing Funke Akindele prefers to keep her business in the family, so that way, there are less issues of mistrust and squandering of money.
