Funke Akindele's estranged husband, Kehinde Oloyede recently claimed in one of his recent interview with Encomium magazine that he's building a one-storey building located at Adeniji Jones in Ikeja, for the star actress before they part ways. Anyways the home is now complete. In fact he and some of his family members, excluding some of his said wives are celebrating Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, and housewarming now at the new home.

In a interview with Encomium magazine, Funke Akindele's estranged husband revealed he was building a house  for his wife before she ended the marriage. It is a one-storey building (uncompleted) located off Adeniji Jones in Ikeja

Mr Oloyede, who said he's not happy about what y'all been saying about him online, told the mag

"They wrote that I am a tout, from what you are seeing here now, do I look like a tout or garage boy? They also said I'm a drop out, from the way you and I have been speaking, do I speak like someone who did not go to school? I have decided to follow the advice of those who said I should not join issues with her and her supporters. I am not a celebrity. I am an estate developer. She is the star that has her career to protect and I don't want to be the one to spoil her career.

Funke Akindele removes Oloyede from her social media accounts

Following an official statement released a few hours ago by Funke Akindele's camp confirming the end of her one year marriage, the star actress has removed her estranged husband's name, Oloyede, from all her social media accounts.

She's also spoken for the first time about the end of her marriage. She told Stella Dimoko Korkus:

First of all let me clarify that I have not replied any SMS or spoken to anyone on this development before now and neither have I threatened to sue anyone. I do not know who sent out that SMS denying that my marriage is over. That was what necessitated me sending out a press release so as not to confuse the public, especially my fans whom I'm so passionate about.

Yes my marriage has crashed. Let the people who are laughing at me continue laughing.  My job afterall is to make people laugh. Let those who are without sins or mistake cast the first stone. Let them continue judging me. God is the overall judge. He is the one I look up to.

Unfortunately this is not rumour, it's fact. A little over a year after tying the knot with Kehinde Oloyede, Funke Akindele's marriage has ended. Kehinde Oloyede shared the news of their split on his Facebook page (which he has since deleted). He wrote:

"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me nd ma wife Mrs olufunke akindele,we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences.we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends.

Later he added...

"Am doing just fine, gettn along without u,don't need u anymore in ma life.u d greatest mistake av made in recent time.
