These four men were arraigned yesterday September 24,for fishing in authorized waters,violating section 1(1)(2) of the Seas Fishery Act 2004 .The presiding judge granted them bail in the amount of N10m each with one surety.They were remanded in Ikoyi prison till they meet their bail conditions.

Lady Sues Police For Arresting Her While Sunbathing Nak*d
U.S. -- A lady filed an issue against the New York City Police Department. She says her civil rights were violated when policemen apprehended her in 2012 for sunbathing topless in a park.
Jessica Krigsman says she was sunbathing topless on a bench in a public park, when two police officers approached her and asked to place her shirt on. When the woman refused to do this, she was told to "stop mouthing off," and the officers pulled the shirt over her head by force.

Police Give Reasons For Arresting Kidnappers
Security Adviser to the Governor, Lt.-Col. Bernard Kenebai (rtd), disclosed this yesterday in Yenagoa, he lauded the state police command for arresting three of the five suspected kidnappers that abducted five construction workers last week at Opuama in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of the state.
