Few days after Kanye W. staged his intricate proposal to Kim K at San Francisco's AT&T Park before family and friends on her 33rd birthday, video of the big event appeared online. Kim & Kanye are actually suing the person who released the video.

In accordance with reports, Kim and Kanye have registered a trademark lawsuit against the co-founder of Youtube, Chad Hurley, declaring he crashed their celebration uninvited and taped footage of the proposal after signing a deal promising not to after he was allowed to remain and watch the proposal. They are seeking unspecified damages. Watch the engagement video after the break.

Some of you might have heard that Nicki Minaj took a restraining order out against DJ Khaled after he proposed to her publicly...that report is false, she never did. In fact just two days after the proposal, Nicki was spotted showing off a diamond engagement ring that looks like the $500k ring DJ Khaled proposed with.

Nicki isn't engaged to DJ Khaled but she's kinda playing along to help him promote his upcoming album. The two are said to be friends. Friends of Nicki say she found the public proposal funny.

Mario Williams of the Buffalo Bills is a former number one draft pick and one of the highest-paid defensive players in the NFL. His former fiance refused his repeated requests to return a $785,000 diamond engagement ring, resulting in the court case, claiming instead that he made it “abundantly clear in writing” that he wanted her to have it. (Which is a curious argument considering the fact that his lawsuit is also “abundantly clear in writing.”)

From the man’s perspective:

This whole lawsuit situation is so disempowering, what if, instead, a man could use it to find some empowering meaning? That only comes from elevating your mindset, refusing to squabble, and asking far better questions.

– What if he found the gratitude in the situation and remembered how blessed he was with abundance and that this “learning experience” was worth far more to him than the value of the ring?

– What if he used it to drive him to even more success and wealth because he knows he can always find a way to earn more money?
