Lady Gaga used this funny headdress in Berlin to advertise her new recording ARTPOP. This lady has gone bananas...not really positive what it is....It almost seems like a chicken, I suppose.
TMZ suggests that Gaga's headdress/fashion record seems like a''giant stop of moldy Manchego.''
