Lessons I’ve learnt in my marriage – movie star Opeyemi Ayeola

After her marriage a few years ago, popular Yoruba actress, Ope Aiyeola, who was known for her regular appearances in home videos, relocated to the United Kingdom with her husband.
In a recent interview, the mother of two, who has returned to Nigeria, shared secrets of maintaining a happy home, her absence/return to Nollywood and other issues.See excerpts below:
It was reported that you are back in full force into the industry.

Yes I am, but not in the way people are putting it. My plan is to come home regularly to work; but I still have my family and home in the UK.

Continue after the break.

Message From Ọmọ Oódua Reader : Post Of the Day - Opeyemi Bankole

UNEDITED:
So these days I sit at funeral services in dismay and Sarcasm (otherwise known as **yinmu*), when I start hearing statements like: "Don't Cry, I'd personally take care of you" or Statements like "We will ensure as much as God gives us Grace to make sure the children of the Deceased don't...bla bla bla". Oh Puleease.... Its Just Political! The sad truth is "Ijo Iya Ku, ni Wura Ola Baje, Ijo Baba Ku, Ni Jigi Eni Wo'mi". Since I am yet to find any who's made me think otherwise but Eledumare!  Funeral Speech makers! Pls don't compound d problems, Just say "It is well" or Kindly Shut Up! And guys, accept my condolence. The only good news here is that only ‪#‎Eledumare will never forsake you if you make Him your Friend. ‪#‎imissmymum‬
