Pastor Rodney Wills was just about to reach 4 years at Mt. Salem Baptist Church when the unusual happened. Reported by AmericaPreachers.com

He is the youngest pastor to be installed at 26 years old and is now the shortest term pastor in Mt. Salem’s 109 year history. On Saturday, Mt. Salem voted him out for attending a local Rick Ross concert. With a vote of 11 to 3, the 14 deacons met at 11pm Saturday night to discuss and come to a conclusion that they did not need his services anymore. Rev. Wills arrived to the church the next day for Sunday morning worship service and notice his parking sign taken down and his name removed from the office door.

A jeweler is suing rapper Rick Ross for absconding with about $90,000 worth of Rolexes that he didn’t pay for. According to reports, Rick Ross bought 3 diamond Rolexes from a famous hip hop jeweler in Texas last year and still hasn't paid for it. Johnny's Custom Jewelery tells TMZ they delivered one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000) to Maybach Music last August but Rick Ross never paid up. Johnny's Custom is suing Rick Ross and Maybach Music for the total amount due plus interest.

Maybach Music boss Rick Ross has officially apologized for lyrics which have been interpreted as being pro-rap-è.

The rapper made the apology via his Twitter account. ‘I don’t condone rap-è. Apologies for the #lyric interpreted as rap-è. #BOSS’. His apology came the day a women’s group protested outside Reebok’s office in New York. Reebok endorses Rick Ross. ‘Put molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it’, rapped Rick Ross on U.O.E.N.O by Rocko.  The drug MDMA known as Molly is the new drug of choice in Hip Hop

Rick Ross has been catching heat for a controversial rap lyric that appears to endorse date rape. He featured in a rap song where he spit:“Put molly all in her champagne/she aint even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that/she aint even know it."
In an interview on New Orleans radio station Q93.3, Rick says his lyric was misunderstood:  

"I wanted to come down to the radio station. There is certain things you can’t tweet, you have to verbalize. I want to make sure this is clear, that woman is the most precious gift known to man, you understand? It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term rape wasn’t used. I would never use the term rape. As far as my camp, hip hop don’t condone that. The streets don’t condone that. Nobody condones that. So I wanted to reach out to all the queens that’s on my timeline, all the sexy ladies, the beautiful ladies that have been reaching out to me with the misunderstanding. We don’t condone rape and I’m not with that."

The Bawse is beefing up his security in the wake of Monday’s drive-by shooting.According to TMZ, the Miami rapper has hired 24-hour armed personal security for his protection following the scary incident. Rozay was already employing armed bodyguards for major events and public appearances, but now he’s enlisted full-time security.He had reportedly been receiving threats, but didn’t take them seriously. Sources tell TMZ that he considers the shooting to be an “eye-opener” and will do whatever it takes to ensure his safety.The 37-year-old MC was targeted in a drive-by shooting in Ft. Lauderdale on Monday when a car pulled up next to his Rolls-Royce and shots were fired. He lost control of the vehicle and crashed into an apartment building.

Maybach Music Group ringleader Rick Ross, on Sunday, barely escaped with his life, when shots were fired as he was driving his car into a Fort. Lauderdale apartment building.

But now rapper 50 Cent, who is also Ricky Rozay’s rival, is saying it was all a hoax. While the duo have a longstanding beef, 50 Cent says that since there were no bullet holes in the vehicle, that it was all fake.
