Our
vaginas have their natural cleansing system built inside them which
cleanses continuously and I mean even when you have your period etc,

water is all that's necessary to help keep that area clean. Just use
mild soaps without the fragrance to wash your anal area and not in the
vagina after you go to the toilet.
