Johansson, who also won in 2006, is the first woman to get the honor twice. The acclaimed actress, whose films include Girl With A Pearl Earring and The Avengers, celebrated the accolade with a cover shoot for the popular glossy monthly. Nigeria star Mikel Obi has been ranked as the seventh biggest earner at the AFCON in South Africa with an estimated income of $6.5m. African Footballer of the year Yaya Toure is the biggest earner at the Nations Cup with an annual salary reported to be about $22m. Compatriot Didier Drogba, who has moved to China to cash on on his twilight years in the game, is second on the money list as he rakes in excess of about $18m.

It was the star-studded premiere of his new movie Gangster Squad. But as Nick Nolte arrived on the red carpet in Hollywood on Monday, he looked like he’d rather be in bed.

Nick, 71, looked very cosy as he posed for photographers outside the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. While his dressing gown stood out, the veteran actor had opted to wear a relatively normal outfit underneath. Nick, who stars as Chief Bill Parker in the movie, was otherwise wearing all-black, sporting a shirt, suit trousers, lace-up shoes and a paper boy cap.
