Nyanya, Abuja blast: Soyinka carpets Pres. GEJ over Kano rally
NOBEL Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, has criticised President Goodluck Jonathan for embarking on a political rally barely 48 hours after the Nyanya bomb blast and the abduction of school girls in Chibok in Bornu State.
Soyinka lamented that while the leadership of the country visited some victims of Nyaya Motor Park explosion and assured victims that they would not be abandoned, the President travelled to Kano for a rally.

Controversial singer and producer, Gabriel Amanyi, popularly referred to as Terry G, has again been involved in a messy fight at a hangout in his Iju neighbourhood.
The fight, which later led to a free-for-all, took place at the Treasures Exclusive Garden, off Bola Tinubu Road, Iju, Lagos at about 6p.m. Wednesday.
A source told Naija Gist that Terry G and his boys stormed the hotel to relax but things later turned awry between some staff of the hangout and the music star along with his crew.
Based on the source, when Terry G arrived the club, one of his true boys forcefully jumped in to the swimming pool without paying.
