BIZARRE! Indian Court Rules That Any Couple That Have S-ex Are Legally Married!



Indian court rules that any couple who made love are legally married... and will have to divorce if they wish to sleep with someone else.
If an unmarried couple made love they are considered husband and wife - and will have to ‘divorce'when they split, an Indian court has ruled.
When two folks of legal age, 18 for a female and 21 for a man, ‘indulge in se-xual gratification'this would be viewed as a'an act of total commitment'and marriage by law, a judge at Madras High Court said.
The court stated that the registering of a relationship in addition to a marriage ceremony were only formalities to get society's approval.

Additionally, it said that once a couple made love this ‘becomes a total commitment with adherence to all consequences that'll follow ', including needing a decree of divorce should they wish to sleep with someone else.
Furthermore, should either of the two need to register the ‘marriage'they could have their marital status declared with a Family Court as long as they could supply proof a s-exual relationship.

Once declared by the court, the individual may be established since the other's spouse – whether one other party approves or not.
‘Legal rights applicable to normalcy wedded couples will also be applicable to couples who've had s-exual relationships which are established,' the court declared inside their ruling obtained by The Hindu.

The verdict came in a spousal maintenance case where a lower court had ruled that a woman was not eligible to maintenance from the father of her two children as there is no proof their marriage. Justice C.S. Karnan ruled that legal documents proving the couple's life as spouses were more important than proof marriage. In this case the man had signed the ‘live birth report'for the couple's second child and thereby officially declaring the girl as his wife.

Judge Karnan said the couple ‘led their marital life underneath the same shelter and begot two children.  'Therefore, the petitioner's rank has been elevated since the "wife" of the respondent and likewise, the respondent's rank has been elevated since the "husband" of the petitioner.‘
The person was ordered to cover the girl 500 rupees per month in maintenance in addition to maintenance due to their two children.
