A housewife, Mrs. Yemisi Sosu, wants an Agege Grade ‘A’ Customary Court to dissolve her marriage as her husband, Sunday Sosu, is married to another lady in the United States of America (USA). The 31-year-old woman said that their union was not blessed with any child. She said that her husband resided in Dubai but his parents lived in Nigeria, and it was in Nigeria they met and dated for a year after which they did their traditional wedding in 2011. Continue
Yemisi stated that about the third day after their wedding, Sunday left home for the USA, where he got married to another woman. According to her, since then, she has been living with her husband’s family hoping that he will come home, only for one of the family members to tell her that Sunday had re-married. While weeping, she told the court to dissolve their union.
