Surprisingly, a dispatcher picked it, got the particulars of the area, like the nearest bus stop, promised that the nearest police station could be contacted immediately and, wait for this, thanked him for remembering to dial 911. About an hour or so later, the police stepped directly showed up to rein in the miscreants and restore order.
Hmm, good, am surely gonna try this out. hope it works. But one hour is too long before the police arrives na, nigeria sha.... hoping and praying things get better in our nation pretty soon.
