While celebrating her 28th birthday in New York Town, Ciara got the surprise relationship proposal with a 15-carat stone engagement ring from her boo. And the excited performer headed to Twitter to express her joy. This will be the first marriage for both Ciara and her fiancé Future. Big congrats to them.
