Just like Kim Kardashian, within the weekend, 28 years old performer Ciara got a shock birthday proposal from her 29 years old rapper-producer sweetheart Future. While celebrating her 28th birthday in New York Town, Ciara got the surprise relationship proposal with a 15-carat stone engagement ring from her boo. And the excited performer headed to Twitter to express her joy. This will be the first marriage for both Ciara and her fiancé Future. Big congrats to them.

Aminat Okikiola Ilori, aka Candy, the first daughter of Waka legend Queen Salawa Abeni and Kollington Ayinla, is engaged to her business man beau, Bashir Omotayo.

Candy said yes to Bashir's proposal on Sunday 28th July, 2013 in Lagos. There are speculations that they are planning to get married in September but Candy has cleared the air...

"No am not getting married in September, I just got engaged and the formalities will be done before the end of the year", she went on to say "I love him so much, and really I wasn't meant to say Yes to someone else but him. Lol. He is the one"

The 'Stupid Song' crooner yesterday May 1st got engaged to his long-time love, Bolatito Ladoja, the daughter of Ex-governor of Oyo state, Rasheed Ladoja. Bolatito (pictured right) is a corporate banker with FCMB.  She is a graduate of International Relations in Warwick University UK and has her Masters in Management from Imperial College London. I had been immunized against the bug and this is received through all the amazing lessons life hands you on a platter.  I had a boyfriend when it was a taboo to have one. I was 17. Our first meeting was as ordinary as it gets. I went on a stroll which was not uncommon those days on our estate, and there came this young man driving his father’s car.

He stopped, chatted with me for a while and I wonder what he said that made me get into his car and have him drop me off.
